Alexandra Raisman
Aly Raisman is an American gymnast, who was a member and the captain for the Fierce Five team in 2012 as well as the 2016 Final Five US Women's Olympic gymnastics teams. Aly Raisman took home three gold medals during the 2012 Olympics which took place in London. In addition, she took home a bronze on balance beam. It made her an the only American gymnast at the Olympics to earn the most medals. The gold medal she won at the Olympics in 2016 was the second consecutive gold for the US team. She was, along with fellow teammate Gabby - the first Americans - to achieve this feat. Silver medals were awarded in the individual floor and all-around events. In the three years between the Olympic Games she won, she took a break. Furthermore she was part of two gold-winning American gymnastics teams. Her favourite event is floor workout. She started learning gymnastics when she was two years young. Aly is a member of an organization called the Uniting Against Lung Cancer organization in memory of her grandmother who was diagnosed with cancer and passed away. She is planning to pursue a career in fashion and is looking to increase her line of signature leotards and socks in future. Fierce, a new book she's currently working on will be published sometime in the coming year.
